  • Conditions for Return: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, labels, and accompanying items. Any signs of damage, improper handling, or use may result in the denial of the return request.


2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Perishable plants and nursery products that are damaged due to mishandling or improper care after delivery.
  • Custom or personalized orders made specifically for the customer.
  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
